Since adopting this vision, mission and approach explained above, in 2007, Flexi Manufacturing has experienced exponential growth in excess of 300%. This aggressive growth plan, coupled with a highly motivated, energised and skilled team of employees, managed by a dedicated and aligned management team has made for a good foundation on which to build the next five years to capture greater market share.

Innovation, continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance and standardisation of best practises are constantly being refined in Flexi Manufacturing. Mid-2008 sees the ISO9001 DEKRA accreditation formally completed for Flexi Manufacturing providing our local and international customers with a guarantee of our quality assurance and production processes.

We are engaging with the South African government programs such as MERSETA to develop our people, enhance their skills levels and enhance the competencies of technicians in South Africa in programmes of manufacturing excellence. This is further important to ensure that we are able to contribute to the skills shortage in South Africa.

Flexi Manufacturing is actively involved in the national governments development plan for an advanced manufacturing strategy. Flexi Manufacturing engineers have already won 2 innovation awards for new products development and contribution to innovation and science. Flexi Manufacturing believes that if the private public partnerships model (PPP) is correctively applied there can be significant benefits to all parties.

Flexi Manufacturing is continuing to explore expansion opportunities in order to grow its national footprint. It has an appetite for growth and adoption of new technologies.
